The organization is managed by an elected body of officers and director, collectively called the "executive board".
Each seat is for a two year term of office. Two Director seats, President and Treasurer are elected on even years, and the other two Director seats, Vice President and Secretary are elected on odd years. Nominations are held at the end of May and elections are held at the end of June.

The Board of Directors ensure the proper operation of the team's management by making all of the vital decisions placed before the organization, typically via voting on measures to be executed by the officers. Each Director is elected to a two year term by the general membership.
